This is NOT Artàporter Open Call

Artàporter, in collaboration with Puff Store and Andrea Barbara Romita (aka dragonemelone) has organized this open call for visionary artists, musicians and creators of AI, VR and digital art, to explore the intersection of innovation, beauty and technology.

The open call lies on 4 themes:

• Light - light is origin and guide, a symbol of illumination and transformation. lt represents the relationship between the visible and the invisible, between the physical and the digital.
• Origins - origin is the starting point: cultural roots, the genesis of creativity, and technological evolution. lt reflects the idea of a new beginning in the digital age.
• Space - space is not just a physical place but also a virtual one. lt serves as a canvas for immersive experiences and interactions beyond the material world.
• Time - time is cyclical, linear, or suspended. In technology, time accelerates; in art, it can be crystallized - or not?

"Humane Time" is a visual and conceptual journey that explores the perception of time through the ages of humanity. Composed of six interconnected chapters, the work captures the essence of how time, cyclical and linear, has shaped innovation, beauty and social evolution.

Each scene tells a stage in man's relationship with time:

1. The Gear of Existence: the mechanisms of time, symbolized by golden gears and a cosmic clock, remind us that time is the invisible engine of all life, a cycle that never stops.
2. The Ancient Glory: a golden and illuminated city, memory of past eras, shows us how time is a witness to the greatness, decay and rebirth of civilizations.
3. The Hologram of the Future: holograms floating in an ultramodern metropolis represent innovation and the vision of the future, where technology and humanity merge in a fragile but fascinating balance.
4. The Tree of Knowledge: a majestic tree growing on a field of books and digital data symbolizes timeless knowledge, the connection between ancient roots and modern innovation.
5. The Elevation of Knowledge: a figure gently rising, surrounded by cultural objects suspended in the air. It is humanity rising thanks to knowledge, overcoming physical and temporal limits.
6. The New Horizon: a bright path towards the unknown, surrounded by reborn nature, symbolizes the hope of a sustainable future in harmony with the world.

The work moves in a continuous flow, with zooms and transitions that connect each scene, as if time itself were unrolling in front of our eyes. The central message is powerful: humanity is called to guard and manipulate time with awareness, so that innovation and beauty never forget our human essence.
